Soft Landscaping

After a new lawn? Need a garden jungle cleared?  Wanting low maintenance artificial grass laid?  Rosie Landscapes is here to help.

New Lawns - Garden turf, seeding & wildflower grass

Laying new turf can really enhance the overall look of your garden and, as the turf industry now caters for just about every garden condition such as shady spots, high traffic areas and natural unspoilt wildflower areas, the exact variety and grade of turf can be selected for your particular requirements.

If you want a new lawn without the expense of turf, grass seed is the obvious choice.  A wide variety of different seed mixes are available on the market and seed works well for tricky areas, such as slopes and corners.  The site is fully prepared prior to the laying of either turf rolls or seed and a care leaflet will be left with you after completion.

Artificial grass

No more cutting the lawn!  With low maintenance gardens becoming more popular artificial grass is now being considered by many as the preferred lawn for the modern garden.  Artificial grass has improved in its texture and quality in recent years and, as with real grass, is available in varying piles resulting in a very natural look.  Samples of artificial grass are available on request and product guarantees are provided on installation.

Garden jungles

If you're faced with an overgrown garden and can see no way forward then please get in touch.  Sites can be cleared, either by hand or with machinery, quickly and efficiently allowing you to visualise the garden's potential.

Land drainage

Some gardens are, unfortunately, prone to waterlogging and can prove troublesome throughout the year.  Ground conditions can prevent water from 'free draining' through the soil resulting in soggy, unusable areas within the garden.  Rosie Landscapes has a wealth of experience in installing land drains which will help to alleviate both surface and/or ground water by laying an open conduit beneath the surface, encased in gravel, enabling the groundwater to drain away normally into a soak-away.

Planting & planting schemes

Rosie Landscapes can carry out the planting of your trees, shrubs and plants, whilst ensuring that the correct compost is used to maximise the plant's potential.  For a detailed planting scheme we would be happy to recommend a qualified local horticulturist - a well thought out planting scheme can make all the difference to your finished garden.

Please contact us if you have a project in mind, we'd be happy to help.
