Where do we store your personal data?

How long do we keep your personal information?

  • Email correspondence and email addresses will be retained for 2 years from date of enquiry regardless of whether our services were employed or otherwise;
  • Hard copies of all quotations, together with drawings, specification of work schedules etc. will be kept securely stored for a maximum period of 2 years, regardless of acceptance, and then shredded.
  • Soft copy quotations will be held securely on file for a maximum of 7 years; it is often the case that 'abandoned' projects are re-visited after a prolonged relapse so access to past information is beneficial to our business;
  • On request, however, your personal data can be removed entirely from our records without prejudice.

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes.
