Absolutely first class service from Richard (and his team). Provided sound initial advice regarding choice of materials, gave a prompt quotation and always kept us fully up to date regarding progress, particularly given the long lead time caused by the pandemic. Work started and completed exactly on schedule and the result is exactly what we hoped for. Throughout the completion of the work the team were punctual, polite, tidy and respectful.
